Food vendors: Board of Health forms are your responsibility to file. All forms are listed on the FAQ page and must be filed and sent to the appropriate offices at least 14 days before the event.

All registrations are final. No refunds or reschedules. Application fees are non refundable. Our planning, administration and operating costs begin well before each event, so all registrations are final with no refunds or reschedules.

Vendor selection is based on creating the best possible experience for our customers. While we strive to avoid unnecessary duplication, Hear Here reserves the right to approve vendors based on the overall needs of the market, product quality, and customer demand.
