As part of the Vendor Application, we ask about your experience level with markets and pop-up events so we can support you every step of the way. Every vendor starts somewhere, and knowing your comfort level helps us place you in markets where you’ll feel confident and set up for success. Vendors who select “Brand New” or “Some Experience”will attend our First-Time Vendor Meeting, a 45 minute session where we walk through market expectations, booth setup, basic licensing, insurance, customer interaction, and what to expect on market day. This meeting is designed to answer questions, ease nerves, and help you feel prepared and excited to vend. The consultation fee is $50, payable via Venmo at @hearherellcnj after scheduling.
