Contracting Vendors for Municipal Event Services Food Truck Festivals!

We’re excited to announce that Hear Here, LLC is now contracting artisan and craft vendors for Municipal Event Services- designing food truck festivals throughout the state of New Jersey- featuring crowds in the thousands! These high-traffic events are a prime opportunity to showcase your products, connect with enthusiastic customers, and be part of some of the biggest community celebrations of the year.

Vendor Requirements:

✔ Complete the application – Fill out the form online to apply.

✔ Send Insurance Documents - naming “MES” to mike@municipalevents.com

✔ Pay online – Secure your space with easy online payment.

Vendors must provide their own:

- 10x10 canopy

- Tablecloth

- Table & chairs

- Products & displays

These events draw massive foot traffic, making them an excellent sales and branding opportunity. Spaces are limited, so apply today!

Outdoor Market Setup Guidelines

Please review the following important details to ensure a smooth setup and successful market day.

  • Arrival:  you will be sent a set up letter through MES

  • Space Allocation: Each vendor space measures 10x10 feet.

  • What to Bring: Vendors are responsible for supplying the following:

    • Canopy

    • Table and chair

    • Table coverings that reach the ground on all sides

    • Product displays and all merchandise

Important: Vendors who arrive without a canopy will not be permitted to vend.

  • Setup Process: Please unload your vehicle, move it to the designated parking area, then return to complete setup.

  • Safety Requirement: All canopies must be securely anchored using weights or stakes.

  • Vendor Commitment: Vendors are expected to remain until the market closes—early breakdowns are not permitted.

  • Vendor Map: If a vendor map is provided, you must follow the assigned space and layout instructions.

  • Trash Policy: We enforce a carry in/carry out policy—please remove all trash and leave your area clean.
