What to Bring
6-foot table
Chair
Tablecloth that reaches the ground (for a clean, professional look)
Product displays and signage
Plenty of inventory and shopping bags
Business cards or flyers
Any battery-powered lights (no wall outlets provided unless otherwise stated)
Setup Instructions
Please do not move items inside until I arrive.
I will show you to your assigned space — please don’t set up anywhere on your own.
Setup starts at 10:00 AM sharp — most of you are quick, so this will be smooth!
The event takes place in the lobby of Building A (address is on the attached graphic).
Promotion & Marketing
Please tell your followers you’ll be there!
Post on Instagram, Facebook, and tag @HearHereEvents.
Create your own Facebook Event and share it on local community and town pages.
Remember: advertising gets people in the door — it’s up to you to make the sale!
The building manager has already emailed everyone in the complex and signage will be up throughout the offices.

Visitors will come in short bursts during lunch and breaks.
The last pop-up had great turnout and sales — many people purchased from multiple vendors.
There may be food vendors at the event as well.
