✨ Calling All Vendors – One Willow Markets in Highlands! ✨

We’re excited to announce the One Willow Markets, happening Saturday mornings during brunch and lunchtime inside the gorgeous One Willow Restaurant in Highlands, NJ.

📍 Details for Vendors:

  • Indoor spaces are 8’ x 4’ (this will accommodate your 6 foot table with room to move in between) 

  • Hosted during prime brunch & lunch hours inside a beautiful waterfront restaurant

  • A perfect opportunity to connect with locals and visitors in a high-traffic dining setting

Indoor Market Setup Guidelines

Please review the following important details to ensure a smooth setup and successful market day.

  • double spaces are sold at the discretion of the Organizer

    • Arrival: Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the market opens to allow ample time for setup.

    • Space Allocation: Each vendor space measures 8 foot across and 4 feet back. This till accommodate your 6 foot table and leave room to move in-between. (Absolutely no 8 foot tables permitted.)

    • What to Bring: Vendors are responsible for supplying the following:

      • 6 foot Table and chair

      • Table coverings that reach the ground on all sides

      • Product displays and all merchandise

  • Setup Process: Please unload your vehicle, move it to the designated parking area, then return to complete setup.

  • Vendor Commitment: Vendors are expected to remain until the market closes—early breakdowns are not permitted.

  • Vendor Map: If a vendor map is provided, you must follow the assigned space and layout instructions.

  • Trash Policy: We enforce a carry in/carry out policy—please remove all trash and leave your area clean.
