Market Set Up Details

• Please arrive an hour before the market to set up- you all work fast so an hour is fine for set up. 

• Look for the Organizer when you arrive at the event location.

FOR MOST OUTDOOR MARKETS

• unless you hear from me... the markets are rain or shine

• all spaces are 10x10

• bring your own canopy, table, chair, table coverings that reach the ground, displays and products

• unload, park then set up

• all canopies MUST BE SECURED with weights or stakes

• all vendors stay until close 

• heed vendor map if given

• carry in/carry out trash policy

FOR MOST INDOOR MARKETS

• all spaces are 8 foot with 4 feet of space in back (no 8 foot tables please 6 foot tables for your 8 foot space only) 

• double spaces are sold at the discretion of the Organizer

• bring your table, chair, table covering that reaches the floor, displays and products 

• unload, park then set up

• all vendors stay until close

• heed vendor map if given
